BAJA SAEISS-2020 is launched with the objective of giving a first-hand opportunity to engineering student members to Conceive, Design, Implement and Operate a product from scratch. This enables the student members to build competencies, which makes them as Industry Ready Engineers.
BAJA SAEISS-2020 competition will provide an opportunity to the undergraduate engineering students with a real-life engineering challenge. It has been designed to expose the students to different kinds of situations that engineers face in their work environment.
First and foremost a design competition, students will find themselves performing trade studies and making compromises to arrive at a design solution that will optimally meet the requirements while still conforming to the configuration limitations.
Participants will gain rich technical and soft skills through design, engineer, prototype and demonstrate an All-Terrain Vehicle.
