In our endeavour to engage the Professional (Faculty Advisors & Industry Members) SAE members, we are pleased to organize KRT (Knowledge Round Table) Competition on 18th February 2018.
The competition is designed in such a way that the SAE member’s professional experience is enhanced and they can exhibit their talent / skill. These competitions are organized by SAEINDIA Southern Section and it is unique of its kind.
The first such competition is the one, where the members can show-case their design skills through Computer Aided Engineering – Finite Element Analysis. Apart from the professional engagement, this competition will also serve the members to exhibit their competency from the conceptualization of the virtual analysis with actual part design concept.
The team consist of 2 SAE members to participate in the competition. Apart from providing the basic design model, the members will also be provided with Boundary and Load conditions for them to analyse the design. The members can then take up the assembly prepare the meshing, BCs and Solver the design thru FEA.
During the registration, we request you to provide the details of the FEA software that will be used for the competition.
We are sure this will provide the members an excellent opportunity to get involved in the SAE activities and improve their proficiency.
The prize money in total is ₹ 1,00,000.
